Creative Cities is an international project founded by the British Council. Its purpose is to connect creative individuals in cities all across Europe. By exchanging their knowledge and experience they can improve the cities they live in.
Creative Cities already covers organized research and educational activities reaching from articles, lectures, workshops like the Future City Game, and all the way to art projects such as the Public Avatar by the Slovenian artist Martin Bricelj.
As we see ourselves as "urban influencers" (what our species is called at the British Council), we were all the more glad to receive the order to create the Creative Cities portal, which connects all the above-mentioned activities in one hub, and also makes it possible to exchange opinions and experiences through web forums.
Planning a complex portal, its design and development (software has been developed by Zabec.net, our partner) took a considerable amount of time, but this did, we hope, work to the client's advantage, as well as to the advantage of all residents of European cities. If you are also an "urban influencer" yourself, then do not miss out on creativecities.britishcouncil.org.
Creative Cities on-line
We designed the Creative Cities international web portal for the British Council. It will aid in connecting creative individuals who improve the quality of living in cities.
